Your numbers are off.  22 million is revenue, 10 is profit.  You are forgetting rent, property taxes and sales taxes.  So if you remove all of that and just look at profit then take your 10 billion and divide that by your employee count of roughly 300K.  It still says there’s room for a bump in salary but not as much…
