*confused head-tilt* that's why i said their situation was different.

if things don't work out with capheus, i'm gonna find zakia and marry her. she is the BOMB.

that's different, though, isn't it? the kenyans intentionally went to the rally to see if their suspicions were right about capheus. either way, i'm loving how the world has opened up. it's nice to see wolfgang, lito, sun, and now capheus being drawn into the greater plot.

sorry, the top two will only ever be "I SEE YOU, VILLAIN" and "i lost my flip-flop". the highest any other scene can place is three.

the globe-spanning game of telephone between sensates was like the second-coming of the lighting of the beacons. i fucking LOVE this show.

i got the impression that amanita's dads were rather cozier with each other than the dads in mamma mia, if you catch my drift. but idk maybe that's just me assuming everyone in this show is queer except nomi's family.

i love that the two most stable, supportive, long-running relationships on the show are both same-gender.

i'm far more impressed with clever casting (all of the younger versions of the villanueva women on jane the virgin, the old woman who played geena davis's flash forwards in league of their own) than uncanny valley CGI.

idk he had plenty of energy in nocturnal animals

if only they'd allow other little people to get roles like that.

how do you know how small the pool of talented actors are? they never get roles. also whitewashing for a wider audience is crappy and disrespectful. if the expanse was able to find a six foot tall samoan woman to play a main character and moana could cast all pacific islander singer-actors with the exception of the

betsy was TERRIBLE. but she was still less horrific to me than hawley.

up until the end that i still haven't seen, season three was so much better than two it was ridiculous. hawley was gone, jenny and abbie weren't fighting over his fake han solo ass, abbie had arcs about her dad and her captivity that really hit me. it felt like they were finally starting to do right by her, so the

someone on twitter said he IS one of the producers

go watch it!

i should probably be less surprised that i'm taking crap simply for suggesting they should do more to separate two characters with essentially the same flashback scene. and yet.

romantic is…not a bad word, last time i checked.

kind of a romantic way of describing an underwritten lead character. no offense.

that was unnecessarily condescending. you condescended in a way that was unnecessary. not that any situation actually requires condescension, so i guess my phrasing is redundant on multiple levels.

sidenote: i miss original capheus. current capheus, toby onwumere has a great puppydog face and he's fitting in well with the cluster—also his girlfriend is my new wife—but he doesn't bring the sunshine the way aml ameen did.
