they think it's that easy to get access to her that they can do conscious inception in the space of a day? that's almost cute.
that's anthony michael though. i don't care what he calls himself.
i first saw franz drameh in attack the block, so i knew going in that he was british, but his american accent is good enough that i started to wonder which one was real. he doesn't get enough credit, this kid. meanwhile i'm baffled as to why maisie richardson-sellers was told to put on a (not quite as seamless)…
true. i still think lucy was outstandingly bad, even among such company as arthur & the invisibles
heh. that was the first episode i saw.
i remember a profile in the paper about what my sister used to call my cheesey channel 9 shows, the sci-fi and action series that aired during the 90s. highlander was described as "the thinking man's option" of the lineup.
until the last season anyway. fandom (my first ever!) used to call it season sux.
ron perlman is in an episode of highlander: the series!
the series did some cool things with the concept, despite being generally ridiculous.
lucas haas and jami gertz just felt the inexplicable need to check their phones.
i'm weirdly attached to zeist because of the epic fic written by one of my authors. it actually makes all the nonsense… sensical.
he was in the pilot. and they interacted during highlander four(?), which was as awful as the fourth movie of an already not particularly well-written sci-fi franchise can generally be expected to be.
well fuck there's my earworm for the next week
as someone who used to stay up until halfway to sunrise just bc he was on that show, i wish i could upvote this multiple times
speechless absolutely is exceptional
and the planet of the apes w/james franco, which makes the upcoming ape world event on the flash, and his obvious excitement in the promo, really hilarious.
katy mixon is a national treasure. but i get really uncomfortable with the "cute" casual homophobia and racism that gets slung around when she's with her friends. it's gross. they could do with a lot fewer fat jokes as well. katy is like a size 8, 10 at the most. a woman who's probably smaller than average constantly…
i think the question was meant as a slam on how TV perpetuates unrealistic beauty standards, but it's worded as a slam on one actress.
not to call out julie bowen, but let's call out julie bowen as though she's the only size zero playing a mom on TV.
