Well, that looks unlucky for someone - that ‘someone’ will be most, if not all the other teams.
I remember that one well because I was flying 1011s at the time. The actual crash was caused when the engine ‘departure’ took the hydraulics with it, and the leading edge devices retracted on the left wing.
