I, admittedly, haven’t listened to the interview/chat, and only know what’s involved based off of the article here, but... man, some of y’all are impossible to please.

the dude is openly acknowledging the hurt he did and saying that he’s trying to become a better person. he seems as though he’s fairly self-aware of

Polygon's review mentioned it! I only say that bc I read theirs literally right before this one lol

The problem is subsidizing doesn’t make education cheaper; it just changes who pays for it. The government needs to start imposing WAY more control over how much people can take out for loans to pay for schools. Potential students can basically borrow unlimited dollars for schooling, meaning schools have an incentive

It’s about helping people right now who are having a hard time due to the state of our economy.

That is highly dependent on where you live though, which is one of the unavoidable issues with these types of programs. Anything federal like this will feel like too much in some places and not enough in others. Much of the bay area in California has a poverty line that’s pretty close to $125k/year or higher, so $90k

Rather they forgive loans then throw money at the military industrial complex

Yes, all of that is true. Loan forgiveness is still a good use of public funds.

So basically I just read this entire article and it contained literally zero additional information that wasn’t already stated in the title. How and why was it inspired by GPB?  No?  Nothing?  Okay then.  Thanks...

I’m not sure they know how to phrase it if it’s not an adaptation of a book “of the same name”

I especially liked when she was playing one clone pretending to be a different clone and nailed every combination perfectly. And hell yeah, She-Hulk dance party!

giant, green body —> giant green body

Now playing

Yup. Her performance (performances?!) in Orphan Black was truly spectacular. Not to mention she made each iteration completely unique. Definitely a talented actress...now, do we need a dance party?

Nobody was ever able to replicate the supersoldier serum. The whole reason there’s a Hulk and not a Lieutenant America is because the formula was wrong. Blonsky was injected with Bruce’s blood, and he was not as well adjusted as Jen, so he went off.

If you expected a fully researched piece, you came to the wrong website.

“Mr. Blonsky was following orders given to him by a decorated general who eventually became Secretary of State and negotiated the Sokovia Accords. He had every reason to believe his actions were consistent with his mission.

“Furthermore, the government’s involvement with the Super Soldier program has proven, other than

Excuse me, but who under the age of 70 has a landline these days ...”

You’re right. Everyone screwed up but you. On behalf of the rest of the universe, I apologize.

Also, the whole bit where she’s been rejected from every law firm she’s interviewed at, and here is this powerhouse firm offering her a job, so maybe this isn’t exactly the time to look a gift horse in the mouth...

You may be missing the part where every last client she will ever have will be a superhuman. And they likely want her in form as She-Hulk for the specific reason that “Look! My lawyer is a good, upstanding citizen - a hero even! Therefore you shouldn’t automatically assume I am guilty because I am superhuman.”

But this is a half-hour comedy that’s kinda lazy about plotting...
