When I pull up my Lifehacker RSS feed every morning, I can tell by the headline it’s a Claire story. And I’m sure as hell gonna read it. Amid the miasma of news, Claire always, always makes me smile and lets me live vicariously through her gustatory explorations.

It would be incredibly boring if Jen had the exact same challenges as Bruce. The fact she doesn’t struggle with the same things he does opens up different stories for her character.

I love it when anyone breaks the 4th wall. I really don’t expect them to give me Godfather 2 here. Enjoy, be wacko and realize that the 4th wall is there to be broken since before talkies became a thing.

A suburb is the opposite of an “escape.” My blood boils every time I have to navigate one of those magnum-sized parking lots full of people oblivious to their surroundings. Nothing but chain stores and restaurants. Can’t walk to anything. Concrete and bland buildings as far as you can see.

I enjoy the occasional trip to the local mall because my fiance has a car. But I wouldn’t necessarily find it worth spending the money for a rental car to do. I also feel like the money spent on a car would negate any savings on a haircut.

I should know better than to treat this comment as a good-faith argument about Bruce vs Jen’s abilities, even though it’s been a tired talking point for a month now since the first preview came out. But it should be stated at least once in the thread that this isn’t what the show actually depicted.
