People who think that cruelty and honesty don’t overlap are the worst. The cruelest things you can say are also the most truthful.

Stone has connections and communications with wikileaks and Julian Assange. More and more wikileaks is looking like russian propaganda and Assange and Stone are directly involved. That could tie trump directly to the russians, which Stone may have proof of.

I just read Stone’s Wikipedia page. I knew he was slimy but not to that extent. He was the youngest person to testify during Watergate.

Same reason he’s afraid of Putin: Roger Stone got Trump involved in something nasty and the threat of Trump being exposed for it is being held over his head.

Stone may be an egomaniacal drunk prone to violent outbursts, but he’s also been clinging to the taint of Washington for so long, he probably has a kompromat file on EVERYONE in Washington.

That last line would make a wonderful epitaph for his presidency

I think a year ago I heard of something called “crisis fatigue.” But let me be clear, it doesn’t mean I have stopped paying attention.

Haha! The main thing for me is how the tray looks like aluminum foil. It took me a few looks to realize it isn’t. It just looks way tacky and cheap.

Is it the silver tray that looks like aluminum foil, or the intense point that causes the thumb to bend backwards? No? The photoshopping of the skin to make it look like plastic? The dentures, or blue eyes that belong on a white walker? The weirdly reddish-brown coloring of the steaks, as if they had been painted? All

“I used to get much more excited about these revelations.”

Stone trained under Roy Cohn, [current occupant of the White House] retained Roy Cohn. Cohn was said to be the most ominous and egregious example of the shady lawyer to have ever walked the earth.

Trump was never going to get along with anything called “the intelligence community.”... Half of the time he wastes incompetently concealing his illegal activity, and the other half illegally concealing his incompetence.

Can anyone explain why he’s afraid of Stone? I’m assuming Stone knows where the bodies are buried (but doesn’t Cohen, a man he apparently humiliated on the regular?). And why has Trump been afraid of him for years? 🤔

I am thoroughly amused at the reports that Trump doesn’t think Cohen will flip on him, when what he really should worry about is whether he did something Cohen can offer to entice him to flip. It’s like he’s acknowledging his guilt.
But again, like the political hell I’ve been living in for well over year, I wonder

Why is 2 scoops afraid of Roger Stone?!

That is such an unappealing poster. Like even if I was neutral on trump, I wouldn’t find that appealing at all.

Or the intoxicating lure of free steaks.

It’s so weird to me that a person that treats everyone like shit can inspire such loyalty in some people.

Maybe all the ketchup and hardboiled milksteak will do us all a favor.

In the Twitter attack, Trump targets Haberman–curiously, because she shares a byline with two other journalists. He says he “doesn’t speak to and ha[s] nothing to do with” her, despite widely-tweeted photo evidence to the contrary.
