This is more messed up than the other person.
This is more messed up than the other person.
This is very fucked up.
Guess it won’t be a problem when someone’s keyed truck happens to push your car out of it’s parking space and into the middle of the lot to be towed then will it......
Just once, I’d like to catch the morons who throw their crap in the back of my truck. I carry duct tape in my truck in case of ever see someone do it. Their trash is getting duct taped to their shiny hood the minute I get back outside. Fair’s fair.
This is why you were and are a self righteous prick
People throw trash into the bed of my (small, old, Japanese) pickup all goddamn day while I’m at work, even with a topper on they just open the window. I can’t leave my equipment in the truck and still have it with me on the work site (but I also see where young-you was coming from, so fair enough)
As a truck owner, thanks for growing up. Don’t do that shit.
I’m the opposite. I got a 25 mile commute each way, so I have a Civic that gets 40mpg highway, and a tundra with 230k miles on the clock off Craigslist for truck things. The math is different for everyone, so blanket “nobody should drive trucks” is dumb.
Sounds like you were a terrible kid who didn’t respect other people’s property.
Yeah, I was doing some math on this in another thread and it turns out in my particular case, if I needed something the size of a Suburban more than 15 days of the year, it would actually be cheaper for me to drive a Suburban all year long than it would be to drive a smaller car and rent a Suburban when needed. And…
“what’s more chickenshit than fuckin’ with a man’s automobile?”
Wow, you were an asshole. Do you still do this? I really hope not. That’s some ignorant shit, like this entire article.
It’s exactly the same. There are very few high density urban areas, if any, that have both a large percentage of pickups on the road and traffic density problems. I live in one of the worst traffic areas in the country. Removing pickups won’t make a dent. Mass transit, better infrastructure, ride share, etc, are…
Yep everyone is so cool in their Prius until it’s time to move, buy that stupid thing at Costco, get furniture, new dryer, the awesome desk at a yard sale for cheap or whatever other thing your real life requires. I hope if you have any friends and any of them are actually awesome enough to own a truck they tell you…
Your parents must have proud of their self-righteous little tyrant.
You mean they should have something in their beds 100% of the time? Even true work trucks aren’t always working.
I would never own a full-sized pickup(except for maybe a SRT10), but warning bells go off when someone starts opining on what everyone else should drive. I can see similar arguments made against V8 ponycars- two inefficient, too big, too powerful, etc. My overriding vehicular ownership philosophy is: What car or…
What exactly is greedy about protecting your livelihood by storing 40 cars in a garage capable of holding hundreds?
Sounds like your mom.
Big deal. I found half of a sleeping UAW worker under the 3rd row of my Traverse.
