The first rule about MT anti-theft is you do not talk about MT anti-theft. Everyone reads the internet, now these future car jackers are out there learning MT, how to locate kill switches or simply flat-bed my P.O.S. car.

What is the consensus on driving dynamics? About 4 months out from needing a 4-door, MT preferred, year-round fun do-it-all car. My wife sees the Golf R or an MT sedan as her only options, other options being too boy racer or sloppy interior.

The dealers in my region rarely carry models I am interested in looking at, moreover they are often known to “disallow” test drives on sportier or special edition platforms.
