He has some much more personality as the Silver Shroud than as the lame bum who got frozen for 200 years. I’d play an entire Fallout game where you’re the Silver Shroud. Sort of a Don Quixote vibe.

Not only are lthe lines awesome, the coat is probably the best looking outfit in the game.
