The creme de la creme!
The creme de la creme!
If there is ever a car on top of me pinning me to the ground, get it off me before the FD shows up please.
The years of inconvenience/consequence some people are willing to submit to just to slake their fleeting thirst for retributive action will never cease to impress me.
Excuse me, but a REAL New Jersey Man would be blaring ‘Born to Run’ by Bruce Springsteen or possibly “Wanted Dear or Alive” by Bon Jovi, not some west coast band.
Think of the disaster that would follow if this man was allowed to pump his own gas.
Copy Cat
Not completely true. On the Gulf Coast south of Tampa, they will do it listening to “Take the A Train” by Duke Ellington. And they will be playing it 10x louder than anyone has ever played “Welcome to the Jungle”. And they still won’t hear it.
The interior is cool, too.
I can’t stand the interiors of all the electric cars I have driven. The whole “LOOK HOW ELECTRIC I AM EVERYTHING IS EITHER A SCREEN OR IN THE WRONG PLACE!!!” thing makes me insane.
That does seem like a lot of chrome, but I’m also sick of the blacked-out look on many cars, so a more subtle use of chrome / brightwork wouldn’t be terrible. The 992 looks fantastic with the silver window trim vs. the matte or gloss black finish, for example.
This is a great write up. I’ve always been adamant that the “EV Revolution” won’t be *here* until normal car models have an EV option that equates to what used to just be a bigger ICE option. Something like an EV CR-V that isn’t visibly different from an ICE one is what’s going to turn the world on it’s head (along…
It even has a normal looking front-end! Are we sure this is a new BMW?
Wow, I actually find this BMW really good looking! A pleasant surprise!
“One ungainly awkward knob”
My favorite theory that I recently made up is that the Prelude badge (which Honda recently re-trademarked) is being saved for a flagship sporty EV thing, and could be possibly be revealed in concept form at Honda’s event next month. The badge is absolutely perfect as it’s keeping in step with the naming structure…
But styled differently enough that unless you knew in advance, you wouldn’t have guessed they were the same platform. I actually like the front of the Honda better. More elegant, where the front of the Chevy is just so much black plastic and ridiculously over styled fog lights
For everyone who wanted a regular normal car but electric.
Have you seen the American ass?
Never short Tesla stock. The market can remain irrational longer than you can remain remain solvent.
