Oh I know, and even the finish wouldn’t match the dull truck metal.  But it would make for a funny visual.

Well, maybe your balls.

I actually saw one parked on the street last Friday.  First time I’ve seen a Delorean in the wild in probably 20 years.

It’s very practical - you can slide all the way across with just a little push off.

Those Tesla seats looks like they’re made of stone.  My ass hurts just looking at them.

But there’s a difference between getting good fun out of a sports car without pushing it to its limits (which for most drivers probably isn’t the best idea anyway) and basically never using a vehicle for its intended purpose at all.

You’d have to wear a helmet to climb in that back seat for sure.

I don’t know, this would be a pretty sweet accessory...

The delicate part isn’t his fault.

I expect it in my lifetime, but not by much.

Just running a route also takes some of the risk out of the “autonomous” part.

Seriously, look at the inside of a lot of cabs that actually have a driver in them keeping an eye on things.  Then remove him.

Segments certainly were. But his main appeal was economic, and he attracted voters who would have once voted Democrat. I feel like over the last 12 months he’s become so completely unhinged (as opposed to before, when he was just partially unhinged and seemingly said all sorts of shit just for grins) many of those peop

What’s the point of making a public statement like this unless she intends to pursue it?  One tweet is not going to suddenly turn people against him.

The voting public agrees with you.  Republicans don’t flip that many House seats while also losing the Presidency if everyone’s voting party line.  People don’t want four more years of this barrage, from either Trump or the media.  It’s exhausting.

If there is going to be student loan forgiveness then it needs to be coupled with immediate pressure on colleges and universities to control the spiraling cost of attending.  I went 20+ years ago to a fairly expensive private university.  Total cost of attending has increased 3x since then.  It’s fucking insane, yet I

I honestly think having Trump out of the picture improves the likelihood of that happening. The polarization has gotten so toxic that I think with both houses of Congress so closely divided that there will be people willing to work together on an issue-by-issue basis. It only takes a few individuals and not all of

Nailed it. Executive orders should be the very last method used to do anything because it doesn’t carry the power of binding legislation. I don’t know exactly when it kicked off in earnest, but they used to be only for relatively minor items that didn’t have major budget impacts so Congress didn’t really care.

Especially if they are actual sitting Representatives!

Anyone with school-aged kids can attest that online learning is borderline useless, and that’s if the kids are actually trying. With the number of kids failing or not logging in at all, and the reduced effectiveness in general, they’d be better off canceling school altogether. Pretending they’re learning everything
