Yep. I’d been receiving ‘concerned’ comments for years. I *finally* entered into the sought after engagement phase now at 35. But I can’t tell you how much shit I’ve received over ‘putting myself first’, and how I am not fulfilling some duty by having a husband and kids.

My fiance asked me how I am a year older and have less wrinkles than him? I said mainly because he has lived/worked on the Aegean sea area for so many years that he’s had more sun exposure.

It sounds more like his behavior than the age difference. I dated a 36 year old when I was 23. He was a higher ranking officer in the Air Force and for all intents and purposes had his shit together :).

While I don’t disagree, I wonder what the difference will be then between ‘free’ college and the state of public k - 12 schools today.

As much as I hate that we lost, I can always appreciate the jokes it inspired.

And some people just don’t have super high sex drives. It’s possible both were satisfied with intimacy that doesn’t come from sex.

I agree, I love Türkiye!! Istanbul is so unique with the influence of Asian and European cultures (of course the Turks). We can (and did) wander the streets aimlessly just trying small treats and having a rest at cafes.

I love Turkey :D. My fiance is Turkish and we started this holiday in Istanbul. We hit a few cities and I’ve been to Turkey before. I think the farthest east I went was Cappadocia.

I thought about this and my reaction and then realized any of the Kardashian’s inspire this kind of annoyance in me as well.
