I took my friend to Hong Kong for the Lunar New Year. The luxury hotel we stayed in boasted a 1 Michelin star restaurant. While that is not extravagant for HK, she still read the sign and said ‘wait, you think THAT is something to boast about?’ and the hostess just did the eye divert thing.

Most $30 - 80 bottles will suffice. The hard part is ordering it in restaurants. I have a hard time justifying why a $80 bottle on retail now costs $250. To me, it’s not worth the price mark up.
