I asked for fresh pasta from Whole Foods. After getting the details to a commune and talking directions and things to the people, one of the ladies went to the back and grabbed a fresh batch of pasta that had ‘expired’ a few hours ago. I not only got a discount but did not get sick.

I recently found out my 15 year old niece is expecting a baby soon. It’s not nearly on the same level as you as she’s not my child. But my heart hurts for her because it appears the cycle of poverty/struggle she and her mother went through will just continue.
