I love my rice cooker!! It only makes up to three cups but as I’m only cooking for myself, that is more than I need. I’m trying to stick to a budget so my go-to lunch is some basmati, those chickpea or blackbean burgers with a ton of roasted veggies and some cheese. I cook once (Sundays) and it lasts me all week.
