Rebuilding my datsun’s motor! After 3 years of racing finally started showing some copper flakes in the oil filter/pan so out it comes for a refresh! 

It’s been a bit more fleshed out since the photo; tools, other cars, more tools but I still keep it pretty organized. It’s an odd garage layout as its actually a 3.5 garage, there is a separate garage door and driveway in the back. Nice for a nice cross breeze to keep things cool in the summer.

The rudest and by FAR the strangest ever encounter I had regarding vehicles was at a Cars N’ Coffee in Colorado. It’s held on the 1st of every month and always draws a huge crowd, lets say typically 200+ cars fill the parking lot to the brim. I agree whole heartily! It’s why I own my own Z, this is my 1974 260z.

I’m going to say my 1974 Datsun 260z. The stock exhaust and headers were cracked and wasting away. With a little TLC, I cleaned everything up, installed 6-3-2-1 Headers and old school twice pipes with dual 17” glass packs and the car sounded like sex in my ear.
