I am shocked, shocked I tell you!

Consumer Reports bought one. Their Giulia has already spent a number of days at the dealer. They aren’t impressed with the reliability.

So they turned Austin in Brooklyn?

Nah, it’s been in the works a long time for me and Mrs. PG. Also they turned all my favorite dive bars in Austin into condos and hot yoga studios, so it’s time to go.

“Affordable” Five Vehicle collection. This is the kind of silly FirstWorldProblems nonsense that makes people facepalm.

All trains don’t stop at all stations. And its not a good idea to stand on a platform even in good weather if your train isn’t there, lots of debris can appear out of nowhere. Saw a fellow commuter take a folding lawn chair to the body once, and we had no idea where it came from.

The CX-5 is the same size class as the Escape/RAV-4/CR-V/etc., the CX-3 is competing with the HR-V/Jeep Renegade/Nissan Juke sizewise while the CX-9 is competing with the Highlander and Pilot.

I think the CX-3 is based on the Mazda 2, and the CX-5 is based on the Mazda3. Apparently Mazda likes to mess with logic.

I totally understand your viewpoint and on some cars a manual is the only real choice. Big, heavy GT cars with an excess of power and torque don’t really suit them and the characteristics are actually more appropriate for a modern auto - you wouldn’t put a manual in a Rolls Royce!

I read posts likes yours and I just shake my head. I mean seriously, I don’t get it.

Yeah. Auto’s are also a hell of a lot better and more engaging than they used to be these days. I still like manual cars, but an auto is definitely not a deal-breaker like it used to be with the old 3-4-5 speed autos (especially the first two of those) that basically slipped and slide-bumped through each shift.

Manuals are still good for lower end sports/fun cars, but don’t expect them in performance vehicles, because they are an handicap.

Eww...

It looks half done. The proportions are terrible.

The title of the article literally starts with the words “Trump was right”. That was never in question. It is on their books and harley davidson has known about it for a while now.

I haven’t seen a team screw up a situation involving a player named Cousins since about 2 weeks ago.

What would Ferris Bueller do?

The most frustrating part of being car enthusiast is not being surrounded by other enthusiasts with the same lifestyle. A die hard sports fan? They get awesome bars with a 100 screens so they can all get together and watch their favorite thing on tv. They have teams in every major city and get to watch them every week

I’ve been to Iceland AND Wyoming.

There should be a special state law that says if you make a delivery guy deliver without tipping him in the middle of a storm, he should legally be able to throw you down the stairs. The higher up you live, the more steps he gets to use.

Well, Bud and Coors DO represent American beer overseas, right? A very very small percentage of the Deadspin readership has access to these surely wonderful Irish beers, so reviewing them wouldn't be of much service. And how the hell would I get them in the first place? See what I mean. As for cider, yes, I completely
