If electric motors require multiple ratios for maximum efficiency, then why stop at 2 speeds? We already reliable 8-speed transmissions. Why not use proven tech in this application? 

It’s a bummer that the Pallisade has a bunch of road noise. Interesting, as many of the Telluride reviewers have commented on the quiet ride.
