Kinda: most anti-ship or ASMs are really just unmanned aircraft. Its probably a lot EAISER to hit one of those than a modern jet with advanced countermeasures... Though some of the new Russian and Chinese ASMs, being supersonic, maneuvering, or ballistic may be in a different class.
