It's apparently Game refusing to stock. They've de-listed Ubisoft and supposedly some Nintendo games. Game are supposedly getting bum deals from the publishers, It looks like a bit of a standoff.

Zavvi and Shopto have already sold out. Doubt Amazon or Play will have many left, Game royally fucked up.

A couple of months ago when hackers were rampant on PC zh1nt0, Dice community manager made a post on the (very angry) pc forum titled something like "It's been a good week". Around the same time a higher up at dice was quoted as saying "We nailed it".
