Sorry but the memory management and gpu are better on the 360. The cpu in the ps3 is better but due to a last minuet change to the gpu it left some problems. In terms of what they're capable of there isn't much of a difference.

Well there are ps1 nes and loads of other emulators on android already that allow you to play full games.
