I find it weird we’re collectively seemingly totally ok with conspiracy theories explaining what happened to Epstein but seemingly NOT ok with the much simpler and vastly more frightening explanation that our prison system just sucks this much.  Like now that a rich and famous white dude died, we’re paying attention.

It should absolutely be applied across the board. Remember when Liam Neeson told a story about how he used to be racist but later realized that he was wrong and everyone shitpiled on him for learning that being racist is bad and then talking about it? Yeah, same deal there.

Yeah the whole thing is stupid. Back when I first got online in the early ‘90s I didn’t realize that the internet would remove context from everything but here we are.

Also, Biden made a good point. Trump probably isn’t a White supremacist, because he likely doesn’t have strong beliefs about anything, let alone race. But, by encouraging White supremacists, Trump is showing that he’s willing to latch onto the worst ideologies on the planet just to further his ambition.

Right, I’m agreeing with you that I’m interested in how they’d try to define it if they did. I might have worded my post a little awkwardly and didn’t make that clear.

We certainly get less death - I think it was 700 murders nationwide as of March 2018; not too bad for a 63 Million population; not sure what current numbers are; London is on 72 knife murders as of July this year. We do get Acid attacks, but they are mostly non-fatal ( still horrific ).

Not sure what gun deaths are…
