Look at the carpet.
Look at the carpet.
Another stupid fucking sword user.
This is a weak take. Have some backbone. Its a scene for scene rip. C’mon.
Its the only reason WACOM still has the most marketshare. XP Pen, Huion, and Ipads are really beginning to take a chunk out of them though. We might one day see reasonably priced WACOMs....lmao...yeah..no we won’t.
LMAO
Going with the grown Cereza look.
CP was the only challenging thing about doing any of the dungeons. I prefer it to the standard systems where you use one healer until they’re out of mp and then switch to the other (if trying to conserve pots). It also frees you up to have whoever on your party and swap in healers when you want to. (unless you never…
Its easy to print game case inserts and shrink wrap cases. Even easier to just shrink wrap your own collection(s) and stage stuff around. I’m with you--I don’t buy it at all.
Yep. Love the motion comic aesthetic. The camera pans and zooms in and out etc. add a much more cinematic flair to the skits. I also love how it adjusts the character models to whatever you customize them with (since it uses the in game models). I’ve been changing hairs here and there to make it like time is passing…
So I checked it out. There are separate controls for Battle and Movement in the Field. You can customize both and changing the jump button has to be changed on both--but its easy to do. My jump is now A in both.
I play for both and I’d go as far to say that people that want a lot of action and have very little interest in the story/characters/dialogue etc. might be better off playing something else. The scenes are a huge component of the Tales games.
I hit R1 asap whenever I see there’s a skit. I’m really enjoying the new…
I like that all the head pieces/hairs are separate from the outfits. Really adds to the options. You can make your own combos so the game feels a little personalized at least.
Came to ask this. If no one knows by the time I’m home I’ll check by changing settings in the game. I only got to play an hour or so after the game unlocked before work lol.
Great review! Really looking forward to playing this in a few days.
It’s because they are both Idol level celebrities. Take the overly entitled parasocial relationships you see in western culture and amp that up to 11 in Japan.
What's actually really awesome is that Evan Narcisse was the writing consultant on it after his Black Panther comic run abs since other projects. I love how he's gotten to live his dream. It's so fucking cool to see.
Definitely this. It could also be a few other reasons but this would be my main assumption. They might also rather PC gamers whining about not being included vs. Whining about settings (or lack of), graphics, port quality etc. The Tales games are still pretty fresh to PC by Japanese company standards.
Tencent?
This. Please keep the Dragon Age and FF adventures coming. They’re always a great read. Already following on Twitter. You’ve been one of the best writers to follow since you started here.
