What's actually really awesome is that Evan Narcisse was the writing consultant on it after his Black Panther comic run abs since other projects. I love how he's gotten to live his dream. It's so fucking cool to see. 

Definitely this. It could also be a few other reasons but this would be my main assumption. They might also rather PC gamers whining about not being included vs. Whining about settings (or lack of), graphics, port quality etc. The Tales games are still pretty fresh to PC by Japanese company standards.

The voice is fine...but it really feels like he’s trying too hard most of the time. People with raspy voices just talk...they don’t growl and sound like Bale’s batman 1/2 the time.
