Its been brought up many times before, but the great irony of all those people who carry around copies of the Constitution with them all the time is that they really don't understand it much at all.

That's the glimmer of hope here— I believe they said his district went to Trump by 20 points. Him only winning by 8 or not 9 means Democrats may have some chance of winning seats in 2018.

I think you mean "redundant"

You're using the term "we" rather liberally.

It does have that going for it, but I'd argue that's all the more reason to make it a longer video.

Well yeah, the video is ridiculously spare. It seems to be aiming for the barest of bare minimums as far as information goes.

Rye=spicy, bourbon=sweet, scotch=smoky.

If you like drinking whiskey, then yes. There's almost as much variety in whiskey as there is in craft beer, so finding ways to narrow the options down is important.

I think maybe what everyone here is saying is maybe there's no need to mock people's appearance at all and keep the comments to their actions.

There is a taboo against pointing out raw stupidity, especially in politics. Suggesting something is stupid is tantamount to calling the person themselves (and therefore their supporters) stupid. There's just no way to do that without coming off mean-spirited.

Its a broad and unenforceable ruling. I suspect it only serves to increase a sentence for a hypothetical second offense.

There's most certainly laws about using a person's image without permission. Granting permission to take a photo is not the same as granting permission to use that photo in any way the photographer wants, unless its been specifically discussed ahead of time. That's why photo releases exist.

People have to start finding the distinction between saying "be careful" and "it's all your fault" again.

IANAL, but I would think you most certainly could be prosecuted if you posted the images without consent, regardless of whether or not they were taken consensually. That's the whole idea of revenge porn.

Don't forget Photoshop. Playboy has been airbrushing its images for decades.

McCarthy fired back at the report on Twitter on Wednesday, saying, "This was an attempt at humor gone wrong."

A larger percentage of a smaller group of people doesn't bode well for someone looking to extrapolate to the entire electorate.

If they are split evenly then what is the point of trying to go after a so called "moderate" which I don't think even exists.

If you read those comments, its pretty clear that he's panicked and floundering. (How someone with so little ability to speak under pressure was made press secretary…) I'm not saying he needs sympathy, but calling him a white supremecist is probably taking it a bit far.

The latter would be the correct term.
