Don't get all huffy because someone got a pretty decent joke in on you.

OTOH, this is saving me time visiting other sites to get snarky tidbits about GOP stupidity.

It really doesn't need to be said at all until it approaches being arguable.

Perhaps you'd be kind enough to link your source for us then.

Exactly. Count your blessings at the moment.

They're now on the fourth title associated with this film (franchise now, I guess) and literally the only one that even approaches decent is "Live Die Repeat"

Why? Why is there a sequel to this?

That literally says exactly what I said- as long as it doesn't violate decency standards, there's no issue here. They'll investigate the decency standards and move on (with a fine at most).

Even if it was, people framing it as a free speech thing are wrong. It's not about the idea (ie Trump is a lackey of Putin), it's about the phrasing, which is against decency standards agreed to by networks for use of public airwaves.

I don't care what political persuasion you are, calling someone a "cock holster" is pretty obscene, and no one needs to go looking for political motivations here.

It makes money.

Obamacare destroyed Obamas capital because the right successfully convinced its base that it was a "disaster" and a "failure." Claims which they repeat to this day, despite all factually evidence to the contrary.

Twitter or Executive Order?

I think it has a lot to do with Superhero films really becoming a full blown genre to themselves now. Much like a Western can be an action film, but it still has its own conventions and rules that separate it from other action films.

Sometimes you just can't help it. Part of the joy of communal entertainment.

They did pay for the screwup. The seat was already paid for.

We're at the point where we're pinning hopes on Mitch McConnell? Darkest timeline, etc…

Everyone, calm down. This is a universe where Jesse Eisenberg is supposed to be taken seriously as Lex Luthor, Batman and Superman go from killing one another to being best buddies because their mom have the same name, and all following the creative "stylings" of Zach Snyder.

Irrelevant. You greenlight a series full of massive armies, giant wolves, and bleeding DRAGONS, you don't get to complain about how expensive it is to make it look right.

Assuming he doesn't realize once again that "The story is just too big" and add another book.
