So here's a silly question, how difficult would it be to turn this into a DVD recorder. Panasonic used to make some great recorders but pulled out of the US market and currently there are no good recorders out there that allow for trimming out commercials and burning to disc.

@Rocky1115: The problem with high speed rail is that it is ridiculously expensive. You have to have railway beds fit to exact tolerances. This is not feasible for a country the size of the United States. There is a lot of territory between NY and SanFrancisco and unlike the map it's not so easy to just draw a straight…
Trains would be good if Amtrak wasn't prohibitively expensive and just so inconvenient. It's annoying that the train takes 12 hours when you can drive the same distance in 5 hours.
So sad but I guess this is a good time to remember how gamers really come from all walks and stages of life.

@OutlawDominus: True. The big problem with DDT was we overused it. We put it on screens, in homes, in cupboards and just about any place a bug goes. Unfortunately bugs built up an immunity to the stuff.
@Cabs21: Soldiers in WW2 did just that. They'd bathe in the stuff. It actually is completely non-toxic to humans. Well not totally non-toxic. If you eat it you get sick but it doesn't usually kill you.
@gamerguy2002: What about the clone systems out there? There's one that plays NES, SNES and Genesis carts and accepts the original controllers too.
