All the same, a lot of people have a knee jerk reaction to news like this that’s like, “let’s just nuke the middle east” because of all the atrocities that go on there. No, let’s not do that. The adult thing to do is to mourn, and then collectively take a deep breath and rationally figure out a solution. Our solutions

Yeah. I don’t agree with a lot of the views of Islam, but that doesn’t change the fact that this does not represent Islam in the slightest. ISIS represents Islam about as well as Westboro represents Christianity.

This makes me sick to read. ISIS needs to be stopped. Not “by any means necessary” because that would reduce us to their level, but with all the resources that we have.

Well. I must be delirious from that new Civil War trailer. Because that was a trip from start to finish.

We haven’t really seen VR take off yet, though. I think attitudes will change once the market forces VR to become cost effective. Which will be very soon, I think.

Yeah no worries, you’re definitely right. A lot of trips do happen like that. With high school kids especially the missions can’t do as much (for many obvious reasons), and it turns into more of a servecation (my own word. I’m very proud of it.)

Yeah, I enjoy this sort of “across-the-aisle” discourse. Kasich needs to engage with Trump because he is the single greatest threat to what conservatism stands for. And he’s winning. Kasich needs to engage or drop out because his “safe” policy hasn’t won him anything. He needs almost 90% of the remaining delegates in

But... that’s exactly what most Mexico mission trips do. My church has a team that goes down to Reynosa every year for a week to build houses, clean up garbage, and distribute supplies to those who need it (read: most of the community.)

Resident conservative: Kasich is weak and a coward. He’s been riding the debates on the fact that he actually has very few policies, and refuses to engage with Drumpf, which is the primary goal of the GOP right now. He’s a reasonable candidate, yes, but he’s squishy.

I’m a conservative and I like you. Moreover, I agree with you. I disagree with the author’s opinion though. I think it’s ridiculous to try and parse Obama’s “code” to find out how he actually hates America, and I think it’s equally ridiculous to do the same to Rubio. I thought he was very well spoken in this instance.

I loved what he said. I have no idea how even the Jezebel filter screwed up what he said that much.

But.... that’s not at all what he said??? I know, I know, it’s Jezebel, but, c’mon people...

We are legion.

I feel ya. I come here for the same reasons. I think it’s cool to come here as a conservative and leave here as a conservative (speaking for me, not you) but still leave having learned another viewpoint at the end of the day. I really value it. G’day!

These arguments are very circular and would be quite funny if they weren’t so sad. My advice: find some comfort food, turn the computer off, and ignore the comments. Maybe just feed one or two of the nicer threads if you feel like it. It’s worked for me before when the Jezzies got a little out of hand.

I know a significant amount of conservatives (myself included) who will vote for the Dem nominee if Trump is selected. He won’t make it in. We won’t let him.

Wololo, ayoyoyo. Ayoyoyo? Wololo.

The math major in me squeals with happiness.

Haha, I “didn’t” emulate the older Pokemon and Fire Emblems a few years ago, so I’m “not” familiar with the process. Don’t worry. Recently I haven’t had much time for handheld/casual gaming, and prefer to devote large chunks of time to dedicated console/PC stuff.
