I mean, yeah, I don’t really see Gearbox pursuing cases of NDA violation on a small scale like these. If you have more of an audience even non professional but popular individuals who discuss the game in a public medium are more likely to have legal action taken against them. But you never know. If Gearbox felt the

Participating and letting those know of it isn’t in the NDA, but discussing the product even opinion is. Just be careful cause even a mediocre lawyer could get you for NDA violations by posting even general opinions on the product as NDA violation.

I think it does qualify. Saying you didn’t like it in a public setting, an attorney could easily define what you did as just that. The sentence is vague intentionally so the law can interpret it in various situations where they need apply it. Like in this instance you have a paper trail of NDA violations if you’re

The NDA keeps one from not talking good about it either. The company doesn’t want their product to be judged one way or the other until it is ready. The test isn’t a drumming up publicity beta, it’s an actual performance and such test. Participants are encouraged to share opinions and other notes at an official

Well, goodbye MGO.

Now playing

Definitely spent more time with this game than any other on the little cube that could. Anime licensed game or not this was so much fun. This game is why I ended up watching the show.

fingers are crossed hard for Skullomania to make it into SFV...and Sean and Oro and Necro... Basically Skullomania and all/any SF3.

You just made me realize how that looks like a leather button-up short sleeve shirt... that is something someone could only get away with in fantasy.

An in-universe reason for boring character design doesn’t make it good character design.

Yeah when you have something as big and well known as Kickstarter and even it has trouble with some scammy things it’s difficult to trust what looks like a brand-x sort of deal over the real thing. But rest assured this company used Indiegogo before for their Skullgirls extension campaign which was successful and they

Oh, hey, it’s done done for real? I hope this means a vita port might be possible in the future. I loved Walking Dead on the vita. That’s definitely my preferred way to play these telltale games.

What Dave said plus Indiegogo is more international backer friendly. So it gives fans from around the globe a chance to contribute.

I love the editor’s notes.

they’ve actually updated the prototype since the campaign started due to feedback. tweaks here and there. voice to them on their twitter about some of the smaller things and they may address them?

And if they don’t meet the goal for this game then that’s it for Lab Zero, or so I hear. :(

Don’t forget this is a prototype. The final game may be totally different and address a lot of your points.

I love the editor’s notes.

Why is such a cute frog character in such a bad game? :(

I never played FF8 but I have played FF7. And you’re right, that plot was all over the place too. But the pace was much better. It always kept you interested. Where FF9 had these long, drawn out parts that made the plot stand still to a point you’re not even interested in advancing. FF7’s pace and plot made you still

True. I guess the worse of my first impressions is due in no small part for my anticipation of this game. I was still playing MGO2 regularly when its servers were shut down and haven’t been able to find a suitable substitute since. i don’t expect any big changes until after they’ve released the PC version, though.
