I do agree with this. Although "smooth" usually has to be at least above 30-45FPS. I can't tell the difference after 60.
If you prefer the game running smoothly, you'd be more aligned to the FPS side. That's what make a game at least look like it's running smoothly.

GTA V has some fantastic electronic tracks from '98-2002. Hell, I almost forgot "Stardust" even existed. That said, if you're not into the genres included in the games, then it's simply a matter of opinion as always.
