First time I’ve seen other people play the “Do you know who [I] am?” card for someone else.

That’s cool that they’re putting up private servers. I eventually moved on from it, but I enjoyed it for the first few weeks post-release.
Yeah, I think it depends on the genre — obviously a game that relies on a persistent world needs continuous online support. But for something like MK11, I’ve seen fans whine about “DEAD GAME”, and it’s like:
Yeah, I remember EGM saying manufacturing meddling was a reason GT3 didn't have damage and that was over 20 years ago
Same. I swear I will get to The Last Guardian! One day....in the far far flung future.....juuuust as soon as I finish...um...
Ah, the Dreamcast days where the NFL 2K2 roster was out of date with Brady’s low-level stats as Bledsoe’s backup. I was in high school then; I’m pushing 40 and greying out now.
Yeah, I remember grabbing it for free off PSN thinking “is the single-player REALLY as good as they say?”, and not really seeing it for the first couple of missions. Then you get to the stage with THAT device, and all the fun gimmicks in the levels after, and....yeah, Titanfall 2 has one of the greatest 1P FPS…
Ariana Grande? What, is there a rom-com subgenre for being a grown woman who still acts and talks like she’s 12? Hard pass.
“Both games were originally planned for March, a month that now looks practically barren.”
Not only was I happy to see a MKII cabinet, but I was also happy to see Katalin Zamiar, MKII’s Kitana and Mileena, geeking out on social over Ellie geeking out over Mileena.
Yeah, the big E3 EGMs were a highlight (as well as the running gag of captioning booth babes as famous historical figures like Jonas Salk)
Same!
IIRC Kaitlin Dever played her in Uncharted 4, so, make this happen if you can get her on board (she is pretty busy these days!)
That was one of my favorite things about my favorite console, the PS2. Yeah the heavy hitters were great, but I also fell for stuff like Metal Arms, Bombastic, The Mark of Kri.
Yep, as soon as I saw that in the trailer, I let out on an audible groan. Glad the word is the game is much better than that.
Makes me kinda pine for the days where Rare sprang Diddy Kong Racing on the press like three months before release as they scrambled to fill the holiday window Banjo-Kazooie was going to miss. Hell, it was still RC Pro-Am 64 five months before it hit shelves!
Fuck cancer.
