Thanks. I'm not bitter but I can be mean. I love Supergirl and it has the potential to be great not least because it's quick to learn from it's mistakes and course corrects pretty quick. It also strives to be fanatical and really pushes itself even if it sometimes falls short.

I'm not sure you remember our conversation from last week where I basically trashed JO. It helped me realise I don't hat Olsen but rather The Guardian character.

I groaned when I saw it was Guardian on the 'previously on Supergirl' bit at the beginning because I knew we'd get a James - please throw me through a pane of glass - Olsen (which again happened in this episode) centered episode.

Pretty spot on. Season 8 with Clara was like having two Doctors on the TARDIS. She was more alike the 11th Doctor to Capaldi's 12th and it worked well. Plus she had the fire of a Time Lord when she tries to save Danny Pink.

I thought I would hate Bill after watching the promos for this season but she's great. I love the fact that she just asks the basic questions that people at home (who aren't as familiar with Doctor Who) would be asking.

I'll never understand why they just can't have a 3 or 4 episode arc with one villain like comic books do. That way the push to the Big Bad at the end of the season wouldn't be that bad. Plus it would help flesh out the bad guys a bit more.

Having just watched the latest episodes of the CW shows back to back it seems they are very clearly trying to to tie up loose emotional threads before the last three episodes of the season. That's a good thing in my book. Clear the board for just the finale.
