After last weeks Arrow, I realised I actually missed her too. Even if she was, - 'I'm cheating on your dad, I'm gonna quake this city to bits, I'm gonna shoot my own son even though I know he's The Arrow' - crazy. There was something about her.

Could be but Jay pretty much knew all about him the second Barry mentioned him. Maybe Savitar has been around the other Earths. The Speed Force does run through the past, present, future and multi verse worlds. Savitar is fast enough to be able to travel to different earths.

For so long I was holding out hope that Wally would turn into Turbine. When Julian/Savitar said one would betray you and the camera cut to Wally the voice I buried came right back. I still hope.

True. He does seem overly annoyed and points to it being over ten hours of television' a few times. Ten hours really isn't that much compared to some seasons where you get 23 episodes comprising mostly of filler.
