I saw an article elsewhere— The Verge, maybe?— which said (not terribly explicitly, but better than nothing) that, at least for now, they’d still be available wherever they currently are available. (For instance I’ve been listening via the Earwolf website.)

I think Florida (or just DeSantis, maybe, hopefully) won’t be happy until the social studies and history textbooks are just front and back covers with full sets of blank pages in between.

Aside from everything else, the ‘elders’ of ‘kids today’ are probably more likely than ever to be accepting and supportive instead of shocked and appalled.

the realistic world of Atlanta we remember from season one

“Based off” has grown in usage a lot over the last few years and, like you, I’m annoyed by it.

I’m not sure if she’s breaking bad or breaking stupid.

I wondered the same thing, if it was a different person or just a really excellent makeup job. Whoever it was, they were great.

That could make for a good sketch!

Seasons 2 (starting about halfway through I’d say) through, say 5*— are good, occasionally even great. The acting is genuinely better than you’d expect for a show like this.

It’s astonishing how bad some of the Law & Order reboot episodes have been.

Fixing... olds?

The album it’s on (Savvy Show Stoppers — I think it’s technically a collection of EPs, but whatever) is great all the way through.

“muh freedoms!” or some dumb shit

Yeah, sometimes if you’re “just asking questions” the answer genuinely is what you’ve been told all along, especially if what you’ve been told has been told to you by people who know what the heck they’re talking about.

I just watched it for the first time a month and a half ago or so. Was better than I expected.

Well, if it is the last one, it’s a great one to go out on.

I assumed the camera was indeed on the back of the garage door. BCS (as BB did before) has and always had a ton of sort of gimmicky shots like this (‘gimmicky’ isn’t quite the right word, but it isn’t exactly wrong) to the point of being distracting sometimes— for instance all over the opening sequence in this episode.

I could’ve sworn the show’s done filmed pieces with the same concept (something Christmas-related?) but this one worked well.

Yep, from possibly the greatest movie review the AVClub ever published.

That’s even stupider than I could’ve imagined but I’m also not surprised in the slightest.
