This is how Star Wars takes me out of the movie or TV show. The 50's style is very specific to earth as well as the USA (a bit of Canada maybe), the style is a result of postwar economic and cultural prosperity. Maybe this was repeated in another galaxy/planet, but it’s pretty unlikely.

Isn’t that Danny Devito from “It’s always Sunny in Philadelphia”?

take your damn deathstar

Not regretting sinking a $1000 last month into our 2010 cx7 (our second car), we were lucky to buy our newer cx5 in Oct 2020, last time I went to the dealership there were barely any cars on the lot and one in the showroom.

and we also put pictures of Italian astronauts on our money.

So you’re a Nazi, got it, chump!

You’re going to get Helsinki for that joke

84 Hyundai pony, I owned one, and I win.

can we just get back to building shit again? obviously the market is there, just get tooling the factories up and go to town.

We bought a cx5 last year before all the madness, but our 2010 cx7 which i would like to replace is going to remain our second car for a while, it has the duratec engine and no turbo so I am hoping just regular maintenance will keep it running for the next year or 2.

I was going to car shop this year to replace my aging cx7 but there is nothing available and no deals to be had, I will wait this out.

I hear it has the last of the V8s

That’s cold

This whole scene is peak Canadian

You think at this point suckerberg and IG would maybe get to 2010 and allow landscape videos?

Except this is Canada, greater toronto region, and if i’m not mistaken Peel region cops. Likely Mississauga judging from the tract cookie cutter housing.

Don’t be an Antwerp.

Canada hasn’t had decent leadership in decades to accomplish this. We can barely get transit built in Toronto, what hope is there that an interprovincial service would be built this century?

Now playing

well, that is better than his wine commercials

we have been Mazda customers for as long as I can remember, we have a 2020 cx5 and are extremely happy with it, we still have a 2010 cx7 with 228K km, the 2.5 litre engine is rock solid. even the older MZR design.
