I had an 04 Mondeo when living in Spain, didn’t seem that slow and more than adequate. 1100 km per tank was nice.

I never understood that beer, you have to put a lime in it to make it taste better, why not buy a better beer?

Assuming you are Canadian, we get hosed with car prices here worse than in the USA, higher insurance, gas (now 90 cents a litre even during lockdown) etc. I see a lot of boomers driving RAM’s but not so much gen X and Y and mills, just to expensive if they have a car at all.

My Dad had one in his 81' Cherokee, man that car was a beast. ended up using CB radio all through the 80's. not so much in the 90's as cellphones starting taking over mass communication.

I feel the same, sitcoms bore me and I only like a few dramas, mostly on HBO, CBS or Netflix. Adult cartoons like R&M or Robot Chicken are great quick escapes.
