Of what interest is for Steam to "troll" us by lying about Fallout 3 not working on Windows 7? All it does is lose them sales. After I saw the notice on Steam, I looked online and there is indeed an incompatibility, especially with quad-core processors like mine.

As much as I love Steam - and I love it very, very much - I don't see the need for this. Most of my software already install in a snap, update automatically, and generally are not a hassle.

I recently finished all the books and I'm craving, craving more. Anything. I'm going on the series' wiki just to read up on obscure background lore and ancestries.

Steam itself says FO3 doesn't run on Win7. It's the reason I didn't buy it.

Steam told me that Fallout 3 doesn't run on Windows 7, sadly, so I didn't get it. I did get FNV though.

I haven't played Doom 3, but doesn't it take place aboard a space station, or some kind of military / scientific installation? How come these screenshots show some sort of dungeon?

I was one of the people who requested an explainer on FF. I've never played any of them nor will I, and I don't know who Aeris is, and don't care about having his (her?) death spoiled.
