Love everything about this. I hope this sells incredibly well. Seems like so much love was put into it. And if it does well maybe we’ll get ports of Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight and it’s expansion, Mysteries of the Sith.

I think most people have greatly underestimated how far local game streaming has come in the last few years.
Dongle is USB-A, not sure if they work on PS4 or not.
Butters will be so happy.
Been waiting for these.
Yeah, people claiming this collection is overpriced are being silly. This remaster features new textures, new models, new animations, revamped level lighting, increased level detail (e.g. added foliage), 60+ FPS support, 4k support, widescreen (and ultrawide) support, full controller support, higher res FMV, an…
I know you’re gonna get some guff over this article being way more positive than John Walker’s review but I like that there isn’t a hive mind about having all material mirror the review.
I know this was done by different writers but maybe some editorial direction would help this site maintain some kind of tonal consistency and credibility?
Kotaku (emphasis mine):
Ah, that’s too bad. But I think it’s still special to have the OG! Like the PS2 Slim, the PSOne, PS3 Slim... they are smaller, sure. But the originals are still iconic! And I think the PS5 is the exact same thing.
Makes sense considering I just bought a PS5 not too long ago. You’re welcome everyone else.
I’ve a soft spot for Homer getting the shit kicked out of him by security to “Pride :The name of Love” by U2.
At this point I assume these movies must be some sort of producers level money grab. Or whatever licensing agreement Sony has with Marvel requires releases constantly and they are just forced to put any script they have into production.

But I like when a company still goes kind of old school and its figureheads take a few minutes to sit down and talk to us about what’s going on. I want more of that. I can only imagine how much less we’re…
It probably didn’t help that Gaming Websites had multiple articles “What does this mean?” “Is this the end of the xbox?” “What comes next?” So instead of a simple press statement they now had to go and put out fires they didn’t start.
I’ve been around since the console wars were between Atari and Mattel Electronics.
It’s arguable that the damage was already done in 2013, by Don Mattrick.
untold brand damage, hahahaha. hyperbolic nonsense, most gamers don’t spend their time on the X, kotaku or other echo chambers
I'm glad Diabo 4 is finally coming to GP (especially because the recent sales have been tempting), but I'm kind of surprised Crash and or Spyro weren't first.
I might get picked apart for saying this, but Phil only confirmed that Starfield and Indiana Jones were not a part of the first 4 games they were bringing multi-platform. Seems like the way this was structured leaves them open to announce those games at a later date. Probably after an Xbox exclusivity period.
