Reminds me of PSPgo when they launched it at $250 because “people will pay that!”

That’s what I’ve appreciated about Quest 2. It’s a standalone device with the option to use it for PCVR. It’s also inexpensive enough (glad I got mine before the $100 increase) that if you wanted to dabble in VR and had a decent PC setup.
The duplicate photo option came in handy but except one photo and there’s no ignore option. It has 2 different photos that it’s considering a duplicate and wants me to merge them but I don’t want to do that. I think they need to add a “keep both” option in addition to “merge”, maybe one day.
Same, they’d just have a very boring video of me sitting there while I write. I guess I’m not paranoid enough and trust my Mac that the green and orange indicators are accurate.
Yes! That’s exactly what I did! When I went to go save the nephew I defeated everyone by hacking and stealth. Then it gets to the cut scene and Aiden is all “he watched me slaughter all of them”.
I remember the Harry Potter panic with Churches and other groups saying “it makes witchcraft and magic look fun and harmless!” I didn’t read the series until late in life when one of my ex’s loaned me her collection. Which wasn’t because of the panic, it just didn’t appeal to me at the time.
I’m a creature of habit and usually when I find something that works for me I stick with it. My last 3 cars have all been Civics(93, 05, 16) and never had any major issue with them. Outside of the 05 that had an engine issue where the coolant and oil would mix. I got it fixed once and when it came back some years…
I haven’t felt the need to upgrade my 2018 MBP. For what I do it’s still plenty of Mac and the M1 exclusive features for macOS haven’t enticed me. I’ll probably upgrade by the time it dies or it stops receiving macOS updates.
The only console I’ve ever seen in stores the past 2 years is Xbox Series S. I’ve yet to actually see a PS5 or Series X in the wild. I know there out there but it’s probably just my location and the stores I regular. One of my friends got a Series X because he went to Best Buy for something and they happened to have…
I’m in that boat. I haven’t really seen anything yet that makes me want to get a PS5. I’ve also been lazy to get my PS4 Pro fixed.
Probably more than that. Digital Foundry did a test on Steam Deck and Series S and found they ran similar to each other. So a PS4 Pro portable isn’t out of the question.
That’s something I never thought about until my sister’s family got a tesla. I asked them what the UFO sounding noise was when they were backing up and they said it’s to alert people of you since there’s no engine noise. I felt so dumb I didn’t realize that.
True, although the issue could take 2 years to show up. But anyway this is probably just an isolated incident since manufacturing defects do happen. Unless this just blows up over the next few months but that doesn’t seem likely.
The show was called Doc & Marty and it was basically a Back to the Future porn parody. From that it evolved into Rick & Morty.
It definitely is just luck sometimes. I’ve been an Apple user for the last 17 years, heck I’m typing this on a MBP, and I haven’t had anything major happen. If anything did happen the genius bar would take care of me. I guess recently the only major bad thing that happened was with my AppleTV 4K, it got stuck in a…
I’m surprised as well. Although in all my years of electronics I’ve only had that happen twice with stuff that had built in rechargeable batteries. First was my iPhone 5 that I gave my dad, I happened to notice one day that a part of the screen was sticking out past his case. The other was my Dualshock 3 controller.
It’s a little disheartening but it’s too early to tell if this will be widespread. My friends are going to continue using it in vertical since they have no place to put it.
That’s not even including the DLC for Origins either. Origins and Valhalla were my favorite of the bunch and Odyssey is my least favorite one but I’m torn. It felt like I was playing Destiny with all the loot I was collecting and stuff was really spread out. I did love the DLC for it and felt like that was better than…
I’m looking forward to the games going smaller. Which is what I’m hoping AC Infinity turns out to be, with them churning out smaller games. The early games were only like 20-25 hours long and after Origins they went nuts. That one took me around 100 hours to finish, Odyssey took me around 140 hours, and Valhalla I’m…
They are. I tried Wildlands but it just wasn’t for me. Division I spent a lot of time on and it helped I had a regular group to almost play daily with. I eventually got burned out on that type of game thanks to hopping back and forth from Destiny to Division. So when Division 2 came around I slept on it until they had…
