Also their weird release windows for Watch dogs Legion, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, and Immortals were pretty much released back to back. That’s 3 massive open world games released in a span of 2 months!

Me! I’m the crazy guy that likes to sit through the credits in a theater and the credits for a game.
I’m in a tough spot. My CAD machine runs on Windows 7 and I happen to use Chrome so I get that nice banner when I load it up that I’m losing support. I’m also not able to update the OS to at least Windows 10 due to it being proprietary. They did tell me a few years ago that they were working on a Windows 10 upgrade…
That’s what I’m torn on in regards to the Resident Evil content we’ve gotten. The first 2 Anderson movies followed the same idea as RE1&2 but the remaining 4 ran off to do their own thing. For what it was I also enjoyed Welcome to Raccoon City since they actually showed locations from RE1&2 as accurate as possible.
If you have the Document of MGS2 for PS2 you can change the camera angles and sorta see how the crash looked originally. I just wish he did that with other games or if they did that sort of thing in general. It was fascinating looking at the inner workings of the game.
The original was a year, then Intergrade extended it 6 months, after that it was exclusive to EGS on PC, then followed by Steam. So far there hasn’t been a sign that an Xbox version is coming.
That makes it worse because it reminded me I bought the version that came with the season pass! Guess I really need to get on it.
See that sounds right up my alley! One I finish Callisto Protocol (see my problem) I’ll try to remember to jump into SoTR.
I’ve always enjoyed Tomb Raider and I’ve played every release so far. I don’t know why I haven’t touched Shadow yet though.
Four years! I bought Shadow of the Tomb Raider on launch day and it’s just been sitting there. I guess the only pay off is it got a free Series X upgrade.
That’s my main wonder. I may just end up watching it in bed on my laptop just to be sure. Twitch drops just go by viewing minutes and you have a certain amount of days to claim them. I don’t see why they wouldn’t be like everyone else.
I believe your interpretation is correct. You have to qualify to register and stream the show from Steam. But it doesn’t sound like you need to do anything else.
That’s my plan. I was going to mainly watch it on Youtube and put Steam.tv on my laptop on mute. It doesn’t seem like we need to do interact with it to win a steam deck. I’m also surprised that they’re giving away the 512gb model.
I’m expecting good things since I loved the Bunsen and Beaker one they did for Untitled Goose Game. They should also use Statler and Waldorf one year.
Thanks! I didn’t think about checking that and it let me register without an issue and I couldn’t remember my last purchase. Turns out I got a Half-life bundle in January 2022 for $3.
I played the game a lot over the weekend. If it wasn’t for the DF video I probably wouldn’t have noticed anything out of the ordinary on Xbox Series X. I did get the stuttering late into the game but other than some lighting being the wrong color and the RT issues the game is fine.
Years ago at GameStop this kid came in and was raving about Bioshock. He was maybe a teen and when I heard him say “that’s the first game I played I’d consider art”. I died a little inside that day.
For me not really. The Xbox One controller was a big improvement from it and I haven’t really enjoyed using the newer Series controllers. I’m still using my Xbox One design lab controller as my primary. I’ve gone back to my 360 a few times, which I still have hooked up for non BC games. The controller I used to love…
I thought that was weird for them to end the complimentary magicbands, which is a good way to get people to use them. They still sold premium ones if you wanted something different with your favorite Disney characters on them.
It’s been wonderful. I’ve redeemed $300 in gift cards so far for Xbox. So when they have their big sales I usually go crazy.
