Is that a banana in your pants, or are you excited to see a blank screen?
LOL at professors living the life of Caviar. The life of caviar is in industry, not academia.
Just don't use a glue trap, problem solved. Aside from that, stomping/whacking is best for the average person and wild mice.
It seems like the bullshit version is much better described as a "personal brand" than the real version. Pick any corporate Brand you like, it's a big load of calculated bullshit intended to keep you from looking at reality before you part with your money.
That's the problem with sorority girls though. Anyone who has been forced to listen to them talk before knows quite well it's not a good time.
Most people don't use phones from 10 feet away though. The benefit of high ppi changes dramatically as the display becomes closer.
We've talked before about how important boredom, distraction, and procrastination really is, but Watterson's quote is a nice reminder if you find yourself with a schedule that's a little too packed.
The most interesting man in the world has a curfew? I call shenanigans.
I know how to read... I promise.
It all depends on what performance you're talking about. If you want Windows to be "snappy" and your games to load quickly sure, an SSD is great.
I'm surprised he didn't mention it, but RAM speed has a bigger effect when you're using integrated graphics. Performance isn't always a huge concern then (especially with Intel) but an AMD APU can make a decent low-end gaming system , and 1866MHz RAM will give a pretty good boost over 1600.
Yes it is, lol. Gotta love Teen Girl Squad.
I always thought this was what happened:

The link for the Samsung 1TB external drive from Newegg is wrong, I end up at a Western Digital 1TB drive from EBay.
An 11.2 surround system is irrelevant. Putting a cheap speaker in a poorly designed cabinet isn't going to produce good sound even if you have a 100000000.8 surround system.
Ditto with what others have said. I have NEVER had AVG ask me for a credit card, and if it did I wouldn't touch it again. I also haven't found it particularly taxing on system resources, especially considering the excess of power that you can easily get these days if you truly need it.
You know, I was just wondering how I could simultaneously look like an idiot and annoy everyone around me with the melodious sounds of Miley Cyrus blasted through cheap tinny speakers.
