I actually enjoyed both The Tudors and Reign once I got past my irritation that neither were 100% accurate, and just accepted them for what they were: history based fluff. Plus, Megan Fellows as Catherine de Medici was a delicious portrayal.

I was coming here to say this. Ever since I got my cat 13 years ago, a closed bedroom or bathroom door is simply not tolerated. No more pooping in private for me. As for sleeping arangements, well, if she wants to sleep on my face there is no way I can stop her. There is no choice for me in the matter.
Back in the 80's, Andrew, Fergie and a few other Royals were on a game show in Britain called It’s a Knockout, but if there are rules against that sort of thing, they may have relaxed them in that instance since it was for charity I think.
I was thinking Elizabeth Hurley for Melania, though she might be a tad too old.
Even gated communities wouldn’t be safe if your neighbour got pissed off at you for leaf blowing at 7 am on Sunday morning last fall and decided to exact some revenge.
Thanks but I think I will be fine. I love all versions of Big Brother US/UK/CAN. They are not even my guilty pleasure as I do admit to watching them. Of course, after a season ends I couldn’t tell you who any of the hamsters were unless they got stunt cast in a later show. My all time favourite is Nikki Graham who was…
I’ve only seen Schur’s Good Place (which I think is one of the best, cleverist, and funniest shows I have seen since The Golden Girls), so comparing this new show to that is forcing me to watch it tonight. After Big Brother Canada of course. I do have priorities.
I’m a guy, and that spilled milk almost made me cry too. I just gasped and felt terrible for the character.
Smith was also in a low budget movie called Series 7: The Contenders which was really good. It was made before the reality tv craze started and is about a group of random people selected by draw and they have to kill each other and the last one standing wins where they have to go on the next season and it starts all…
Claire is not only complicit, but she has also committed murder. And if this show goes anything like the BBC series, she might get one more under her belt.
Well, the movie did open with shots of the outside of the domes, so even the audience back then knew it was a domed city. That being said, there is no reason for the remake to take place in a domed city. It could just as easily take place on a giant space station, or an island, or a giant underground bunker. Basically…
I was wondering that myself. As the other poster said, there is probably some word of mouth in the biz, you still can’t ask questions like that in an interview. Same thing with trans. How on earth do you bring that up in an interview?
He was on UK Celebrity Big Brother a few years ago, and for the first couple of days he was nice, but then he turned into a complete and utter asshole and everyone else on the show hated him.
The author did say that SOW should NOT win best screenplay. But I am curious how the Academy will vote considering the controversy about the alleged plaigarism. Do they even know about it? If not, will someone tell them? Who knows.
I see your point about Towering Inferno being nominated, and even at the time I was surprised at the nomination since the movie wasn’t what I would consider “Oscar” caliber. But, the movie was made by TWO major Hwood studios and starred A+ list actors, so it probably had a lot of people voting to get it that…
Well of course. Cat’s never barf on easy to clean up places. I bet the only reason that cat in the gif barfed on the wood floor was because there was no carpet around.
Well, he was mentored by Merv Griffin and apparantly lived with him. You can find lots of photos of the two of them that look like typical “couple” photos (though I will admit they could be promotional photos since Ryan did work with Merv, but they do look couple like)
Thanks for the link. I will retract my statement after reading that. They both seem to be very similar works. It will be interesting to see how the lawsuit pans out, and also interesting to see how the movie does at the Oscars now.
Well, we don’t know if Harvey did anything to Lawrence or not. While she hasn’t said anything, HWood gossip certainly has painted JLaw as going the casting couch route with Harvey. But even if she did, who is to say that Harvey didn’t corner her in his hotel room and she just decided to go along with it and not speak…
I was thinking the same thing. Not having seen the play and only going by articles I have read, it sounds that while there might be similarities between the two in the setting, they tell a different type of story.
