So....the ACA can’t force healthy people who don’t need insurance to buy that insurance from private companies anymore than it can force private companies to provide needed insurance to sick people who do need it. Can anyone have predicted this? It’s a stunner. That’s for sure.

It might be that the DA isn’t prosecuting more because the assault was a minor type rather than the alcohol consumption. Big city DAs don’t prosecute every crime just from the constraints of time and money.
