I’m in the passing lane of a two-lane road (right hand lane, it was in England), passing slower cars while staying very close to the speed limit. A marked police car comes up behind me, so I sped up slightly to pull into the left lane so they can get past. They pulled me over for speeding :-(

Nothing here that can’t be fixed with a law mandating that all salesmen be armed, preferably with a gun bought from one of the NRA’s sponsors!

This is easily fixed by redefining part of the RRP as a new ‘mandatory charge’, such as a $2500 ‘assembly charge’. RRP can be any arbitrary number you want.
