So none of the people commenting on here read the book, apparently.

A: His take is pretty straightforward. Company will not care, viewers will not notice.

So last week you said:

I’m kind of unclear as to why he’s mad at Walter Hamada?

Being told he couldn’t read the script right away is the first firsthand complaint I’ve seen that he’s brought up. It’s a weird thing to be upset about in the context of a superhero movie though. I mean every interview every Marvel actor has given while promoting a new superhero film has that line about “I wasn’t

We don’t really know what the specific accusations are, do we? I mean, we have heard vague allegations, but specific incidents that he can point to? Where are they? It’s hard to support his position without clear understanding of exactly what happened and when. Fisher may well have a reasonable case, but trying to

New 52 was a reboot wasn’t it.  That was the one that established the Justice League forming with Cyborg as a member. Also where they took away everyone underwear on the outside look.

I’ll take your word for it on the Whedon/Marsters thing. Didn’t watch Buffy back in the day, so this is literally the first I’m hearing about that.

They recast Batman, I don’t think they are going to blink at recasting Cyborg.

I can’t think of The Super Powers Team: Galactic Guardians without Cyborg. I guess they’ll have to bring in Samurai to replace him. Possibly El Dorado.

Which is why anytime Cyborg wasn’t on screen, all the other characters would be asking “Where’s Cyborg?”

In case anybody was wondering, the reason why I haven’t appeared in any DC superhero movies either is because of a separate, unrelated feud I’m having with Walter Hamada.

This sucks because as we all know Cyborg has been the lynchpin of the Justice League franchise for many, many, many years.

Remember, Hamada’s involvement in all of this amounts to nothing more than reminding Ray Fisher that actors are not entitled to script re-writes and that those decisions are ultimately up to the director of the project.

Hell, the movie is pretty explicit in showing the Diana doesn’t want to befriend Minerva - she just wants some information Minerva has and doesn’t want to seem like a complete jerk.

Is Wonder Woman 1984 a genre movie? It is, right? Because that’s not just one of the worst movies of the year, it’s one of the worst I’ve ever seen.

This whole premise rests upon the idea that Barbra and Diana are actually friends. Diana’s a trash friend because she doesn’t notice, etc etc. The idea being that a true friend would know/notice.

I might be in a cynical mood today but this strikes me as the least surprising news in a long time. WB have *way* too much invested in this to not green light the third film immediately. Right now they’ve got a whole bunch of creative types and partner companies massively pissed off at ‘em thanks to the HBO Max

In WW2's defense, some of Tenet’s money moved backwards through time.
