this franchise could definitely use a Trash Can Man
ugh, watched the first one out of curiosity but no way am i watching part 2
Jesse James Hollywood
Tolstoy should’ve stuck with that title
I’m surprised they made part 2 tbh, i mean i liked part 1 well enough and all but its hard to see how these films will sell enough tickets to make back that huge budget
She should do Star Wars 1984 that way we can see more movies in the shared 1984 universe. plus pedro pascal could reprise both his roles somehow and then do a Bill-and-Ted style double-take when his characters bump into each other
this makes me think of that bit in Barbie where they distract the Kens by pretending to have never seen the godfather and are eager to both see the film and to listen to Ken’s running commentary about how great it is
i know, my mind keeps going there as well lol
Guessing he means Nolan
i mean its not hard to imagine dour world-weary europeans viewing all that bright pink as hellish
Feels like “o brother where are thou” was the last Coen bros project i really liked. oh well they were still responsible for a lot of my favorites
...and we never will
I mean, i was done with GoT after the series finale, but it appears enough people dug the spin-off enough for HBO to keep doing more of them.
is his catchphrase “23 skidoo” or “no malarkey” or somesuch
it’ll turn out the caves, station and town are all built over an old native-american cemetary.... but they never moved the bodies!!
it really was hilarious, pretty cool that he came up with that gimmick himself.
So is this some kind of Romaning the Stone type thing? cuz it feels like they just redid that recently with Sandra Bullock & Channing Tatum
thank you that makes sense as to why the movie seems so unfocused and pointless. reassures me that maybe Chase hasn’t lost it entirely :)
Many Saints of Newark really made me re-assess Chase quite a bit. I really don’t understand how that turned out so very very badly
