not sure i would call these “burning” questions, i guess i’m mildly curious about the answers to some of them.

i find it difficult to believe this could be any worse than Ant-Man 3. the trailers alone make it seem much more fun than that.
if you don’t find Parris attractive, i’m not sure what else there is to say
Do people actually read Ms Marvel? Feels like her book’s been cancelled a few times now, despite an awful lot of effort to hype the character.
i would’ve cut out Ironheart and Everett Ross entirely (plus Julia Louis-Dreyfuss)
well her character development was also coming to terms with grief/loss of Vision, and then the movie turned around and made it about her coming to terms with grief/loss of children.
“ah’m invulnerable while ah’m blastin’?
sure, but that feels like a bit much for the first marvel x-men movie, maybe for a sequel. also a savage land movie would be fun, again not as the first x-men movie but somewhere in there. Sauron’s cool, Ka-zar too
- avoid “team origin” focused movie
it took this long bc for some reason the powers- that- be thought audiences were up for another really slow build up to the next big event, via a series of sequels that were generally inferior to their predecessors, prequels nobody asked for, and projects focused around establishing legacy characters for the original…
enjoying this series so far, as it seems to have more sympathetic characters (especially compared to the first season of the Boys). I mean the original has Hughie and Starlight but Hughie is more often than not used as the butt of jokes.
it reminds me of when they got Jennifer Beals for BOBF and did nothing with her. Danny Trejo too but i understand his appearance was more of a Robert Rodriguez-connection thing.
His response was fine. Its certainly fair to complain that this show has not adequately filled in viewers on Ahsoka’s backstory, but to act all confused that a character made up after the movies doesn’t appear in said movies is a bit much.
in case it isn’t obvious, they’ve had no idea what to do going forward since Rise of Skywalker was poorly received. arguably they had no idea even with the Force Awakens since its such a retread of the past, athough with that you could sort of see it as a reset after the prequels.
So this is all basically leading up to an Avengers style movie, right? with the casts of Ahsoka, Mando, BOBF all teaming up. I wouldn’t be surprised if the force ghosts of Ewan McGregor and Anakin show up to lend a hand somehow, too. Maybe some time shenanigans can rope in kid Leia and Luke somehow, or the Andor crew.
Jaxxon!! i’m surprised Filoni hasn’t managed to work him into one of these series somehow. Feels like BOBF would’ve been a good fit since it already seemed like it was going for a Magnificent 7 vibe.
Feels like an odd way to promote Aquaman 2, but hey, you do you, Gunn.
you may be right about that, it feels like many of the series start off with a lot of promise and then get more generic at the end
I think the shows have been successful in introducing new characters we want to see more of, a relative strength of the mcu overall.
right, so why isn’t she being raked over the coals for that?
