i presume they think the average American is fine with watching endless reality shows and repeats, I’m not sure i would bet against that at this point.

feels like that’s kind of what studios are counting on. the masses will eat up the latest”kick my balls” reality show and the rest of us will be making our way thru all the series we’ve skipped over the past decade.
i don’t think all that many people would miss them
wow i thought you were exaggerating about this comment section but it is a mess. yeesh
i remember him complaining a lot about the color palette on Agents of Shield
the first one was good
i have no idea what therapist movie Jonah Hill produced and am very glad about that. Sometimes ignorance is indeed bliss.
too bad, Shang Chi was easily my favorite movie in phase 4, even with the overstuffed 3rd act. Would like to see more of the whole cast including Trevor
on another note, finally got around to seeing Spiderverse yesterday, what a movie! will definitely go see it in theaters again. Hollywood, more like this please
I’m not sure what lessons are to be learned from a mediocre horror movie outperforming a mediocre action/adventure movie. I guess the mediocre horror movie costs less so make more of those. i’m not sure the viewing audience really wins in this scenario.
don’t forget that time Iron Fist wore DD’s costume for awhile. Murdock was in prison iirc
uh, wasn’t there a mom in these movies? maybe she died and i forgot
i think any random Popeye’s Chicken sandwich is probably better than the greatest Louisianian
i’m guessing the “stop hitting yourself” bit from Nelson was actually a lot of people’s go-to upon reading the headline
thank you
he was just on White Lotus, genius
yup
wow, all those movies and yet Marvels is probably the only one i’ll end up seeing in the theater. not really a knock on the movies, just that there’s not much that will actually get me to go see a movie these days I suppose.
close enough!
i need to give that one a rewatch altho i saw it a few times back in the day. i remember it seemed slow but i was younger and more impatient then. i still like parts of the peter gabriel soundtrack
