Yeah...when he’s on a team that learns to sprinkle in a few of these, mostly when the first couple tries in a possession for an open look don’t work, he’ll be a much more efficient and lethal scorer. I will say that against the Warriors a) the supporting cast perhaps has been worth ignoring by the Cavs offensive sets

It was not in that compilation above which was just baffling. (It was mostly Kyrie, some Curry, and for some reason one dunk by Durant was replayed three times. Was that comp done by an algorithm? WTF.)

That was my main takeaway from this whole fucking stadium fiasco. Yokel municipalities across the land fall for this shit but hell even goddamn Cal isn’t immune.

Is Stanford private? I tend to not care about these things, so not sure.

This reminds me of when the NBA/TNT used the Kelly Oubre shove to advertise the next game after Oubre came back. Making money off things they fine and suspend the players for. Just the motherfucking APEX of hypocrisy.

Zaza’s lucky he still has a job, considering how much he cost them by injuring Kawhi.

no we are stuck with it

I agree with the first part, but not the second?

All true

All true

I still don’t see what anyone could have against KD unless they are a sore loser. Great guy.

wow he REALLY reminds me of Jim Gaffigan. Still pretty good though all things considered.

Really? No follow up? How about ‘What are you averaging in the fourth quarters? Like in Game 2 when you had 2 points in the fourth quarter and sat on the bench for the last four minutes because you had no chance of catching up?’

Lebron has 4 points total in both fourth quarters combined. I think that’s a decent

complete dominance and mastery? then why is KD outplaying him? why did Lebron only score 2 points in the 4th quarter of game 2 and none in the last ten minutes. (And the game wasn’t over—Cavs were down 11 with over 8 minutes left.)

not slighting Lebron—he’s clearly the best of the past ten years but complete dominance

Oh, and, btw, Lebron is the 2nd highest paid athlete in the world. So that might strain their ability to get role players just a bit.

Is 2 points in the fourth quarter of game 2 and none in the last 10 minutes beyond reproach?

TT contract is awful too considering games 1 and 2.

I would find it embarrassing if the Warriors lost this year in the Finals

He lobbied hard for a max contract for TT as GM. And retaining the services of JR Smith at any price was kind of insane. I think their bench is still pretty good, but they have just sucked in the first two games for whatever reason.

Now playing

There is something to this tired thing: 2 points for Lebron in the fourth (at which point they were only down 12) and zero in the last 10 minutes of the game.

Plus watch this video at the 7:47 mark showing Lebron’s body language at the end of the third quarter. Hell, even I felt sorry for Lebron watching this, and i
